I agree, overall I’m trying to turn 45n5 from just a blog into a “community” which provides tools and networking that help people make more money. (just getting started)

Not sure if that is exactly what you meant, and not sure how I’ll specifically profit from the idea, but the concept I have is similar to what you mention.
